Back in 1985, Ruamlertwisahakit Co., Ltd. was established to undertake construction contracting and bidding work. Over time, the team accumulated experience and became experts in the business, earning high customer confidence. In 2002, the team saw an opportunity to develop potential in the real estate development business. With expertise in construction contracting and a capable team, Benyapha Property Co., Ltd. was established that year, replacing Ruamlertwisahakit Co., Ltd., which had closed down. The founding of Benyapha Property came with the concept of offering quality homes for customers to own at affordable prices. Every step receives careful attention, from selecting construction materials to ensure good quality at reasonable prices, all the way through to home delivery. This has made each project under the company's name recognized for its quality that stands apart from other projects at the same level. Benyapha Property Co., Ltd. was established on September 20, 2002 with an initial registered capital of 5 million baht. The founding director is Mr. Thanasiri Wilairat, currently serving as Chairman. Benyapha Property's first step began in 2004 with the launch of the detached house project "Benyapha Pinklao", which received an overwhelming response and sold out within the same year. From this success came the detached house project "Benyapha Ratchapruek" in 2005, which was equally successful. That same year, the company recognized the potential of residential development in Chonburi Province — a high-growth economic city — and developed "Casalunar", a beachfront detached house project with a private beach, which has continued to receive a warm reception, now developed to Phase 3. In 2007, the company increased its registered capital from 140 million baht to 280 million baht and launched a new detached house and condominium project called "Casalunar Avenue" to meet the growing residential demand in Chonburi Province.
On November 9, 2009, the registered capital was increased to 700 million baht, launching quality projects across diverse locations: Casalunar Phase 4 as "Casalunar Paradiso" — a luxury beachfront condominium in Bang Saen–Bang Phra, the closest to Bangkok; The Rise B Condo in a prime urban location adjacent to Central Chonburi; Baan Kirada near Nong Mon; Baan Benyapha in the Samet–Central Chonburi area; Lake Valley — homes beyond imagination set amid rivers and mountains in the Borwin–Amata City area; and the newest addition, Baan Benyapha in Pluak Daeng, Rayong — a quality community embraced by nature. Currently, Benyapha Property Co., Ltd. operates a residential real estate development business for sale. The company has developed detached house, commercial, and condominium projects for middle- and upper-market customers. In the near future, the company plans to invest in rental real estate development, which is currently in the market study and research phase.
